Ho alloggiato per 2 notti in questo grazioso appartamento in Via Claudio Monteverdi 27 perché volevo trovare un posto che fosse vicino alla casa di cura Villa Donatello a Sesto Fiorentino. Questo appartamento si trova al quinto e ultimo piano di un condominio con l'ascensore e si sviluppa tutto attraverso un lungo ingresso. Entrando nel portone d'ingresso dell'appartamento, situato al quinto piano, in ordine ci sono 4 stanze: una piccola cucina ben attrezzata di utensili vari e con alcune piccole cosine per la colazione(fette biscottate,colombine dell'esselunga che per me sono il top,nutelline,marmellatine,capsule per la macchinetta del caffè,succhi di frutta,latte,tè ecc..), la camera da letto con TV e capiente armadio per riporre tanti vestiti, un bagno finestrato(cosa che personalmente apprezzo perché non è scontato) e un bel salotto accogliente con una grande TV e soprattutto con un balcone fantastico che si affaccia su un bel parco pubblico. Tutte le stanze sono molto pulite e inoltre, antistante all'appartamento si trova un bar-gelateria molto buono e a pochi passi a piedi un altro ottimo bar in Via Antonio Gramsci. Consiglio vivamente questo posto per chi vuole alloggiare molto vicino a Villa Donatello. Tra l'altro, grazie ai tram 2 e 28 e poi dopo prendendo la tramvia da Panciatichi Dalmazia la zona è collegata abbastanza bene sia a Careggi sia alla stazione ferroviaria Santa Maria Novella.
Intero appartamento a disposizione. Ampie camere ben tenute e pulite. Struttura in immobile al quinto piano. Silenzioso. Balconcino attrezzato ed abitabile. Ideale sia per una coppia che per una famiglia. Ottima la biancheria., anche quella del bagno. Cucina attrezzata di tutto il necessario perfettamente funzionante. A pochi minuti dalla stazione ferroviaria Castello per un rapido collegamento a Firenze. Nelle vicinanze si trovano supermercato bar ristoranti ed ampio parco cittadino. Ideale per la visita delle ville Medicee o per la stessa Firenze. Soggiornato in due ad aprile 2025.
